1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern all use of the website https://www.teamair.life and any related services, products, or agreements between you and RedStream Consulting LLC. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms or have permission of legal guardian. Use of the site is void where prohibited.
3. Account Registration
a. Accurate information must be provided.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
c. Notify info@teamair.life immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Termination
a. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@teamair.life.
b. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or are otherwise objectionable, without notice or liability.
c. Termination for Cause at Our Sole Discretion
We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion and without liability, to immediately terminate or suspend your account, access to any services, products, subscriptions, or community platforms (including but not limited to our Zulip organization and Skool communities), and any engagement with RedStream Consulting LLC or Team Air if we determine, for any reason whatsoever, that you are not a good fit for our community or programs.
In the event of such termination:
(i) We will remove you from all communication channels, support groups, private circles, Zulip, Skool, and any other platforms immediately.
(ii) Your subscription(s) will be cancelled effective immediately, and no further charges will be made.
(iii) We will issue a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the current billing cycle (calculated daily). For example, if your monthly subscription is $30 and we terminate on October 15, you will be refunded $15–$16 for the remaining half of the month.
(iv) No other refunds will be provided except as expressly stated in Section 10 (Refund Policy). Specifically, the AI Marketing Agency Accelerator ($37 one-time purchase) remains subject to its original two-year money-back guarantee only, and all other products and add-ons remain non-refundable.
This right of termination is in addition to, and not instead of, any other rights or remedies available to us under these Terms or at law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the site is owned or licensed by RedStream Consulting LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to infringe third-party rights. Prohibited conduct includes scraping, reverse engineering, uploading malicious code, or engaging in harassment.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
The site may contain links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party sites.
8. Products and Services
a. AI Marketing Agency Accelerator (one-time purchase, currently $37): two-year money-back guarantee.
b. CRM Access, Inboxes, Skip-the-Queue, Custom Offers, Elite Private Circle, subscription add-ons, and all other products: all sales are final and non-refundable.
9. Payment & Billing
Fees are disclosed at checkout. All payments are processed through third-party providers; we do not store card data. Failure of payment voids any obligation to deliver. Prices may change upon renewal of subscriptions.
10. Refund Policy
Only the AI Marketing Agency Accelerator is eligible for a refund. All other products and services are expressly non-refundable. To request a refund under the above condition, email info@teamair.life within two years of purchase with your order email and receipt. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Chargebacks or payment disputes automatically void this guarantee.
11. Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled by you. Cancellation takes effect one day after we receive notice. Past payments are non-refundable.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and services are provided as-is and as-available. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim or USD 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedStream Consulting LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the site or breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes not subject to the mandatory arbitration clause below shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
16. Mandatory Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Wyoming. Arbitration is on an individual basis; class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted. You may opt-out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@teamair.life.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always posted at https://www.teamair.life/terms-condition.
18. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RedStream Consulting LLC regarding the site and services and supersede all prior agreements.
